Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Tattoo Stencil Maker ("the App"), developed by Anton (Batumi, Georgia). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

The App is rated 4+ and available to all ages. No account creation or personal data entry is required.

2. Description of Service

Tattoo Stencil Maker is a creative tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate tattoo stencil designs, provides AR preview on your body, and supports thermal printer output.

AI Disclosure (EU AI Act Article 50): Stencil designs generated from text prompts or reference images are created by artificial intelligence (Google Vertex AI via Cloudflare). These are machine-generated artwork, not hand-drawn designs. AI outputs may vary in quality and accuracy.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Free Features

Basic stencil creation and AR preview are available for free.

3.2 Premium Subscription

Weekly: $4.99 per week
Annual: $39.99 per year

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency.

3.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

3.4 Cancellation

Cancel anytime: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
Refund requests: reportaproblem.apple.com

3.5 EU Right of Withdrawal

EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately and you consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal period as permitted under Article 16(m). You may still cancel auto-renewal for future periods at any time.

4. Content Ownership

You own the stencils you create and may use them for personal or commercial purposes
You retain full ownership of any images you import
AI-generated stencils are provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific artistic outcomes
We retain no copies of your stencils — everything stays on your device

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Reverse-engineer or extract AI models from the App
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
Redistribute the App or its components

6. Health and Safety

Important: Tattoo Stencil Maker is a design tool, not medical advice. Always consult a licensed professional tattoo artist before applying any tattoo. We are not responsible for tattoo outcomes, skin reactions, or any health effects.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED STENCILS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Anton from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it
We may suspend access for Terms violations
All data is local — uninstalling removes everything

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then courts of competent jurisdiction.

EU/EEA residents: Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections under EU law, including Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights) and Directive 93/13/EEC (Unfair Contract Terms). Disputes may also be brought before courts of your country of residence.

12. Changes

Updates communicated via "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA constitute the entire agreement.
