These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Volleyball Score Keeper: Volli ("Volli," "the App"), developed by Anton (Batumi, Georgia). By using Volli, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Volli is an offline scoreboard for indoor and beach volleyball. It provides:
Volli is a scorekeeping utility for practice, school, club and recreational play. Rulesets are named after the bodies whose formats they follow — NFHS, USAV, NCAA, FIVB and beach doubles — purely so you can recognise the format you play. Volli is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by NFHS, USAV, USA Volleyball, the NCAA, FIVB, the AVP or any other volleyball governing body, and those names remain the trademarks of their respective owners. Volli is not an officiating tool and is not intended to be the system of record for sanctioned competition — where an official scoresheet exists, the official scoresheet governs.
Your first match is free in full. Every feature is available for it — every ruleset, the rotation grid, unlimited undo, direct score editing, the share card, the Apple Watch app and the Lock Screen Live Activity. Nothing is limited and nothing is asked for during that match.
After that first match, scoring a match requires Volli PRO. PRO also unlocks match history and season statistics, the 5-1 / 6-2 / 4-2 rotation systems, custom rules, and all themes. Reading your existing history, changing settings, sharing a score card and restoring a previous purchase are never gated.
Volli PRO is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (weekly and annual, each with a seven-day free trial for eligible Apple IDs) and as a one-time lifetime purchase, which does not renew and which is covered by Family Sharing.
Exact prices are shown in the App before you confirm any purchase and may vary by region and currency. The price displayed in the App at the moment of purchase is authoritative. A free trial applies only as described at the point of purchase; it is available once per Apple ID per subscription group, and the App will not offer it to an Apple ID that has already used it.
EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately and you consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal period as permitted under Article 16(m). You may still cancel auto-renewal for future periods at any time.

Our Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled. In short: your scores, history, names and settings stay on your device, and the only data that leaves your device is what's needed to process an in-app purchase (via Apple and RevenueCat). By using Volli, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING YOUR OWN RECORD OF ANY SCORE THAT MATTERS TO YOU. WHERE AN OFFICIAL SCORESHEET EXISTS, IT GOVERNS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST DATA OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then through courts of competent jurisdiction.
EU/EEA residents: Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights) and Directive 93/13/EEC (Unfair Contract Terms).
Material changes will be communicated via an updated "Last updated" date and, where practicable, an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA) constitute the entire agreement between you and Anton regarding the use of Volli.
