How do I calibrate the Screen Ruler?

Go to Screen Ruler > tap the gear icon > Calibrate. Place a physical card (credit card or ID) on the screen and adjust the guide to match its size. This sets the correct PPI for your device.

AR measurements seem inaccurate. What can I do?

For best results: ensure good lighting, point at textured surfaces (not blank walls), move slowly when scanning, and keep your device steady. LiDAR-equipped devices (iPhone 12 Pro and later) provide the best accuracy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open iPhone Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Rulr > Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the Rulr purchase.

The Spirit Level shows the wrong angle. How do I fix it?

Place your device on a known flat surface and tap "Zero" to recalibrate. This sets the current position as 0°.

Does Rulr work without internet?

Yes, completely. All measurement tools work offline. Internet is only needed for purchasing or restoring a subscription.

Which devices support AR Ruler?

AR Ruler requires iPhone with ARKit support (iPhone SE 2nd gen or later, iOS 18+). LiDAR-equipped devices (iPhone 12 Pro, 13 Pro, 14 Pro, 15 Pro, 16 Pro) provide millimeter-level accuracy.

How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?

Open Rulr > Settings > Restore Purchase. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and will be restored automatically.
