This Privacy Policy describes how Pongr: Table Tennis Scoreboard ("Pongr," "we," "us," or "our") handles your information. It applies to the Pongr app for iPhone and Apple Watch (the "App").

None of this is transmitted to us or to any third party. It never leaves your device except, on your own devices, between your iPhone and your paired Apple Watch (see Section 3).
Pongr uses no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting SDK, and does not track which screens you view.
Pongr's core scoring is free. Pongr PRO (Apple Watch scoring, history & stats, Live Activity, themes, doubles and custom rules) is an optional purchase. Two named third parties are involved only when you buy or restore PRO:

RevenueCat acts as a data processor on our behalf for the sole purpose of managing entitlements. The anonymous ID is not linked to your name or email and is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. All transfers use TLS encryption.
If you use the Apple Watch app, the current score is synced directly between your iPhone and your own paired Watch using Apple's on-device WatchConnectivity framework. This is a local, device-to-device link — it does not pass through our servers. Home Screen widgets and the Lock Screen Live Activity read the current match from a shared on-device container; nothing is sent off your device.

Pongr performs no automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Because your data lives on your device, deleting the App permanently removes all of it — scores, history, names and settings. You can also delete individual matches in the History screen. There is no server-side copy of your gameplay data to request or erase, and your history does not sync between devices. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained per their respective policies.
Pongr is a general-audience scoreboard suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. We comply with COPPA and GDPR Article 8: we do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and there are no ads, tracking, or data sharing.

We collect no other data types and do not engage in tracking as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
Purchase data handled by Apple and RevenueCat may be processed in the United States and other countries. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the providers' data processing agreements, plus TLS encryption.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and, where practicable, an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
