Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Physiq: Rate My Physique AI ("Physiq," "the App"), developed by Anton (Batumi, Georgia). By using Physiq, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Please read: Physiq is an entertainment and motivation tool that produces a subjective, AI-generated aesthetic opinion of your physique. It does not provide medical, fitness, diagnostic, or body-composition advice, is not a body-fat or health measurement, and is not a substitute for a physician, registered dietitian, or qualified trainer. A score is not a measure of your worth, health, or attractiveness. If rating your body causes distress, or if you have or are at risk of body dysmorphia, disordered eating, or exercise compulsion, please step away and consider speaking with a qualified professional. Consult a healthcare professional before starting a new diet or exercise program.
1. Eligibility
- Physiq deals with body image and shirtless physique photography and is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
- If you are under 18, please do not use the App.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Description of Service
Physiq is an AI physique-rating app. It provides:
- AI physique scanning — photograph your physique and receive an estimated overall score (0–100), a tier, an estimated percentile, a metric breakdown (such as muscularity, leanness, V-taper, definition, symmetry, proportion and face), a body-part breakdown, and a short written read-out.
- A level-up plan — a personalised, on-device plan and "potential" projection based on your result.
- Progress tracking — re-scan over time and watch your score, streak and trend, all stored on your device.
- A shareable card — an optional image you can choose to share. Nothing is shared automatically.
AI Disclosure (EU AI Act Article 50): Physiq uses generative AI to estimate the aesthetics of your physique, produced by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash via Google Vertex AI. AI outputs are subjective and approximate, may contain inaccuracies, are an aesthetic opinion for entertainment only, and are not a guarantee of any physical, fitness, or health outcome. Always use your own judgement.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Physiq Pro
Your full results and ongoing use of the AI scanner require Physiq Pro. Physiq Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example, weekly and annual options) and may also be offered as a one-time lifetime purchase.
Exact prices are shown in the App before you confirm any purchase and may vary by region and currency. The price displayed in the App at the moment of purchase is authoritative. Any promotional or discounted price is shown clearly at the point of purchase and applies only as described there.
3.2 Auto-Renewal Terms
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the displayed price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. A one-time Lifetime purchase, where offered, does not auto-renew.
3.3 Cancellation
- Cancel anytime: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Physiq Pro
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time
- Refund requests: contact Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com
3.4 EU Right of Withdrawal
EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). By confirming your purchase in the App Store, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately and you consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal period as permitted under Article 16(m). You may still cancel auto-renewal for future periods at any time.
4. Health, Body-Image & AI Content Disclaimer
- Physiq is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It does not measure body fat, body composition, or any health metric.
- Scores, tiers, percentiles, metrics, "potential" projections and plans are subjective AI estimates for entertainment and motivation, generated or calculated automatically, and may be inaccurate. They are not personalised medical, fitness, or dietary advice.
- A single AI score is not a measure of your worth, health, or attractiveness. If rating your body causes distress, or if you have or are at risk of body dysmorphia, disordered eating, or exercise compulsion, please step away and seek support from a qualified professional.
- You are responsible for your own health and fitness decisions. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new diet or exercise program.
- You retain ownership of the photos you submit to AI features. We use them only to generate your result; your submissions are not used to train AI models (per Google Vertex AI / Gemini enterprise API terms).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Physiq to:
- Submit photos of anyone other than yourself without their consent, or any content depicting a minor.
- Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or otherwise prohibited under applicable law.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary content, system prompts, or credentials from the App.
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, the paywall, or other security measures.
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to submit requests to our servers.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its AI capabilities as a separate service.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes data collection, use, and protection in detail, including the Apple Guideline 5.1.2(i) disclosure of third-party AI processing. By using Physiq, you agree to the Privacy Policy. Your data is stored on your device; deleting the App removes it.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Physiq application, design, code, branding, illustrations, and assembled AI pipeline are the intellectual property of Anton.
- "Physiq" is a trademark of Anton. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App.
- Google Vertex AI and Gemini are services of Google LLC, used under their enterprise API terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED ESTIMATES (SCORES, METRICS, PERCENTILES, PROJECTIONS) WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PHYSIQ DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY PHYSICAL, FITNESS, OR HEALTH OUTCOME AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OR FITNESS ADVICE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY HEALTH CONSEQUENCES, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON ITS AI-GENERATED OR CALCULATED OUTPUTS. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anton from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
11. Termination
- You may stop using Physiq at any time by deleting the App from your device.
- We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, without notice.
- Local data remains on your device until you delete the App.
- Active subscriptions continue until cancelled through the App Store (see Section 3.3).
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country). Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then through courts of competent jurisdiction.
EU/EEA residents: Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights) and Directive 93/13/EEC (Unfair Contract Terms). Any dispute may also be brought before the courts of your country of residence.
13. Changes to These Terms
Material changes will be communicated via an updated "Last updated" date and, where practicable, an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (EULA) constitute the entire agreement between you and Anton regarding the use of Physiq.
